To ensure ease and comfort, we recommend wearing a shirt, especially for female patients, to facilitate a smooth nerve scan process.
The First Visit: Discovery and Insight
The initial visit is about understanding your unique needs. It includes an in-depth consultation with Dr. Cassidy, a physical examination, three functional nerve scans, and a computerized posture exam to get a complete picture of what’s going on in your body and help her create your personalized care plan.
The Second Visit: Empowerment and Next Steps
During the second visit, we will discuss the findings from your initial assessment. Dr. Cassidy shares the diagnosis and discusses your care plan and the steps necessary to correct the problem. Your care is your choice; you can choose to receive your first adjustment, marking the beginning of your holistic journey to improved well-being.
Detailing the Financial Responsibilities
Dr. Cassidy also discusses the financial aspects of your care during the second visit, ensuring complete transparency before care begins. We are a cash practice; payment is requested at the time of service. Thriving Life Chiropractic is an out-of-network provider and will provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement upon request.
We accept various payment options, including HSA and FSA plans and major credit cards. Additionally, we accommodate auto accident patients with liens and MedPay and extend military and first responders discounts to support those who serve our communities.
